Registration

Questions about how to create and verify your account at 6968bet.

Go to the 6968bet registration, fill in your full name (as it appears on your ID), CPF, date of birth, email, phone number, and password. Confirm your email via the link sent automatically and you are done — your account is ready in under 2 minutes. Registration is free and no deposit is required to open an account.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal, but is not needed to create an account or place bets. To verify, go to your account Settings, select "Verification", and submit a photo of your RG, CNH, or Passport along with a recent proof of address. Approval typically takes up to 48 business hours. Once approved, all withdrawals are fully unlocked with no restrictions.

No. Each CPF allows only one active account on 6968bet. Duplicate accounts identified by the same CPF, phone number, email, or payment method will be closed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. If you have lost access to your existing account, contact support via 24/7 live chat with your CPF — do not create a new account.

The minimum age to create an account and bet at 6968bet is 18. Your date of birth is verified at registration through the CPF you provide. If an account is found to belong to a user under 18, it will be closed immediately and any real-money balance refunded. Parents and guardians can use parental controls on their child's device (Google Family Link on Android or Screen Time on iOS) to block access.

First, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders — the confirmation email from 6968bet often ends up in those folders depending on your email provider. If you cannot find it in any folder, go to the login page and click "Resend confirmation email". If the issue persists, contact support via live chat with the email address and CPF you used to register.

After logging in, go to Settings and select "Personal Details". You can update your phone number and address without additional approval. Email changes require confirmation from both your current and new email address. Name and CPF cannot be changed after your identity has been verified — if there is an error in those details, please contact support.

Permanent closure is done through the self-exclusion tool, available at Settings > Responsible Gambling. Once confirmed, your available real balance is processed via Pix to your CPF's registered bank key. Unredeemed bonus balances are cancelled. The account cannot be reopened after self-exclusion. If you only need a temporary break, use the "Cool-Off Period" feature instead of self-exclusion. Learn more at Responsible Gambling.

The issue is resolved quickly.

The 6968bet does not charge fees on Pix deposits. For other methods, fees may be charged by the payment processor (not by 6968bet) — any applicable fees are shown before you confirm the deposit. To avoid fees altogether, use Pix as your primary deposit method.

The most common reasons for a withdrawal rejection at 6968bet are: pending or unapproved identity verification (KYC); Pix key not linked to the CPF registered on the account; active bonus rollover not yet completed; mismatched banking details; or suspected irregular activity. Check your withdrawal history in your account to see the specific reason, or contact support via 24h live chat for a quick resolution.

The 6968bet does not charge a withdrawal fee for Pix. The amount you request is exactly what arrives in your bank account. For other withdrawal methods, any applicable fees are clearly displayed before you confirm the request. Use Pix for fast, free withdrawals available around the clock.

For the welcome bonus, the rollover is 5x the bonus amount in bets with minimum odds of 1.50 within 30 days. You can track your rollover progress in the promotions panel of your account.

If you'd prefer to deposit without receiving the bonus — for example, to have full withdrawal freedom with no rollover — contact support via chat before making your first deposit and request that the automatic bonus be disabled for your account. Sports Betting

How Sports Betting works on 6968bet — football, UFC, e-sports, and more.

Log in, go to "Sports" in the main menu, and choose your sport — for example, Football > Brasileirão. Select the match and click on the odds for the market you want to bet on (result, goals, correct score, etc.). The selection will be added to your bet slip on the right side of the screen. Enter your stake, review the potential return, and click "Confirm Bet". Your balance is debited immediately and winnings are credited once the market is settled.

The minimum bet amount at 6968bet is R$ 1.00 for most sports markets. For multiple (combined) bets, the minimum applies to the total bet amount. Bets with very low odds (close to 1.00) may have a slightly different minimum depending on the market. The maximum amount per bet varies by market and event.

Cash out is the option to close (settle) your bet before the final result — receiving an amount calculated based on how the event is unfolding and the current odds. It's useful for locking in a partial profit when the result is in your favor, or for cutting your losses when the bet is going the wrong way. At 6968bet, cash out is available on pre-match and live bets for major events. Go to "My Bets" to see eligible bets and the available cash out value in real time.

A multiple bet combines two or more events into a single bet. The odds of each selection are multiplied together — which significantly increases the potential return, but also requires all outcomes to be correct for the bet to win. At 6968bet, add multiple events to your bet slip, enable the "Accumulator" option, and enter your desired stake. The system automatically calculates the potential return. If any selection in the accumulator is wrong, the entire bet is lost.

Live betting at 6968bet let you bet on events already in progress — with odds that shift in real time as the score, match time, and game stats evolve. Go to "Live" in the sports menu to see all events currently available. For football, the most popular live markets include next goal, final result, total goals, and corners. Odds update automatically and the bet is confirmed at the odds active at the moment you click.

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before being completed in accordance with the rules of 6968bet, bets on that event are voided and the staked amount is fully refunded to your account balance. For multiple bets, if one of the events is voided, that event's odds are replaced by 1.00 (neutral) and the multiple bet remains valid with the remaining events. See the Terms and Conditions for specific cases involving in-play markets and special events.

Yes. The 6968bet covers the main e-sports tournaments with both pre-match and live betting. Available titles include CS2 (Major and ESL), Valorant (VCT Americas and Champions), League of Legends (CBLOL, Worlds), Dota 2 (The International), and more. Go to the E-sports to view available events and the markets offered — match result, map handicap, total maps, and other game-specific markets.
